We accept commissions based on our availability and current workload.
Commission are for custom kits (Chassis, switch plate, and PCB). Customers may decide on material, finish, color, and minor modifications (e.g. engravings). Large modifications, like a major change to layout, may reflect heavily in the cost or be declined. If you're unsure of whether we can meet your specific requirements, feel free to ask.
Right now our estimated turnaround time is 6 months from payment of your invoice, assuming there are no delays or parts that need to be reworked. If your kit requires extensive modifications or custom parts, turnaround time may increase. We'll always provide an estimate before taking on the commission. You will also be given a more firm estimated timeline when your commission has been paid.
Assembly services by well-known and extremely competent builders can be arranged if needed. This may also increase turnaround time depending on availability. In most cases, you will be required to provide switches. However, if you're looking for a fully built keyboard and need help finding switches and keycaps, let us know.
Pricing
Price Sheet - Please refer to this for a baseline cost. 100% payment is required upfront. Assembly services will vary depending on builder availability and services required. A build with pre-tuned switches will be cheaper than a build that requires switch lubing.
Guarantee
As a premium offering, this service comes with a premium guarantee. We guarantee that you'll be satisfied with the finish & quality of your kit. If you're not, we'll work with you to make things right. If it comes to it, we'll accept a return of your kit in its original condition for a complete refund.
